Quality:
Quality is what founded the company and what has enabled us to continue to grow. Our motto is “Quality is our middle name; you don’t leave out the quality and we won’t” and is the driving force of everything we do. Quality workmanship needs to be the commitment of every employee from office personnel, to warehouse workers, to our field workers and our service department.

Integrity:
Honesty, truthfulness and reliability are all words used interchangeably with integrity. This is a value that any company needs to strive for in order to remain in business. We all need to be mindful of this value in every area of our work, which includes our time management, our interactions with other employees and our builders.

Safety:
Safety is a value that can be overlooked in our business. When we get busy and we feel rushed it is easy to become careless. The safety of each employee is a value we all need to strive for in every aspect of what we do. Without the safety and well being of each employee we wouldn’t have a company. It is the responsibility of each employee to ensure a safe environment.

Teamwork:
"Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success." We all have to realize the assets of our different team members and work together to encourage positive growth and awareness. We are all important members of a team. Each employee is valuable, and that value is increased when we all work together.
